How To Sharpen Your Mind :

Consume more fruits and green vegetables and do not consume rusty foods and things.

The best times to study are between 4:00 and 8:00 in the morning and between 8:00 and 12:00 at night.

Do not eat heavy food while sleeping at night.  Get a full night's sleep.

Drinking cow ghee and milk is good for the brain. Almonds should be taken with milk every day.

Make a habit of getting up early every morning and starting yoga. Doing so will help keep your mind healthy throughout the day.

If you don't want to listen to music, play, or hang out for a while, don't let tension be your excuse. Always happy and work on time.
